Problem

Barriers to student engagement

Medios Interactivos lived as a page inside USFQ's main site, inheriting its navigation, its look, and an SEO setup built for the university rather than the program. Prospective students searching for a degree in games, web, and interactive media rarely found it, and when they did, it said little about why it was worth choosing.

Solution

A digital positioning strategy

We built a digital positioning plan around the people it needed to reach: buyer personas, a clear enrollment funnel, and a standalone site tuned for search. Google Analytics and an Engagebay CRM close the loop, so interest becomes applications and the program can see what is working.

Key features

A digital positioning plan

Every part of the plan points at one outcome: a prospective student who finds the program, understands what makes it different, and takes the next step toward enrolling.

The site's Conoce Nuestras Materias section, a grid of subjects from design to VR and Arduino
The site's testimonials section, a graduate beside a quote from an alum now working at a game studio
The site's Eventos de la Carrera section, posters for the Interact2Hack hackathon and the Nexos exhibition
The site's Proyectos de Estudiantes section, showing student games and apps like Apangora and Ampay

Not just a website, but a gateway to visibility and growth

Freed from the university's shared platform, the site was tuned for how students actually search: clean structure, keyword-led pages, and analytics wired into the CRM. The program now ranks, reads, and converts on its own terms.
